Before working as a TechLead, Kaio Ferreira had already collaborated with the teams as a developer in the back-end area. With Z's support, he found an aptitude that led him to expand his activities as a technical leader. Nowadays he supports other colleagues in finding theirs.

As a TechLead in an Outsourcing team involved in the financial sector, his role is linked to the insurance and consortium part of the company. There he supports the team in their daily tasks and technically develops employees, in addition to advising on refinements and product choices related to the client’s market.

Behind the scenes, Kaio says, the outsourcing team surveys any structural requirements and sets up a mapping of all the necessary resources. During the management and creation of digital products, a Discovery is carried out to understand the customer's needs and to build a technical solution that enables the team to act clearly and objectively, delivering greater value. Product implementations are carried out with a focus on the customer, seeking to deliver a quality product as quickly as possible.

To achieve this, good development practices and good relationships between the team are invaluable.  Innovation is stimulated through the exchange of ideas within the team.
