Lucas Garais started at the #Academy, our training center for talent. Today he works with Data Analytics alongside our international teams meeting challenges from major players in the automotive sector.
🧑‍💻 Initially Lucas felt completely out of his comfort zone. ”I was incredibly shy when interacting with my colleagues, especially when in English (his second language). At first, I thought it would’ve been nicer not to have gone through this. However, now when I look back, I can see how much I’ve developed and I’m so grateful”
With Data Analytics, alongside the leadership team, he analyses large amounts of data, searching for patterns, scenarios, opportunities, and possible improvements. These bring valuable insights that influence Z in its strategic decision making. đź’Ż
The best part, according to him, is growing with the team in a space that is very open to the exchange of experiences. “From the moment I joined as a trainee, my voice has been heard. After I was hired as a Jr, my relationship has just gotten better and better. I’ve acquired knowledge and responsibilities. The team knows that they can count on me.”
