🙋Z's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion community is still very much active!

This month’s highlight was its participation in an initiative from WoMakersCode, the largest community of women in technology in Latin America. This movement promotes training, mentoring, bootcamps, employability, and digital content to more than 200,000 cis and trans gender women.

During a virtual conversation circle our Tech Recruiters, Siméia Borba and Anderson Hermany, presented the structure and opportunities of #Zallpy to 27 graduating women in the areas of Java and Data Analytics. 💚

Promoting female empowerment and protagonism in technology is an ongoing action, and Z is proud to reaffirm its commitment to gender equity in the area.
